RÜFÜS DU SOL announce special concert film to support bushfire relief

Sydney-born, globally celebrated electronic wizards RÜFÜS DU SOL have announced two exclusive Australian screenings of a special live performance from California’s iconic Joshua Tree National Park.

Shot last September, the electronic trio have distilled their live performance into a 45-minute production, and it will premiere across two nights with one each in Sydney and Melbourne. The film, originally planned as a live stream, will screen alongside a concert film from the legendary Chemical Brothers titled “Don’t Think.”

Tickets to the screenings are on sale now, with all profits donated to the Red Cross to put towards bushfire relief and recovery.

“Given everything that’s happened at home this summer with the fires, we wanted to do more to raise money to support those affected,” offered Rufus’ Jon George, who also said that he was glad The Chemical Brothers could “join forces for a double-header screening with one of the acts that has influenced us most. We are lifelong fans of the Chemical Brothers and are thrilled to have them and their team jump on board.”
