Melbourne 5-piece Fancy Face released their debut single “Slip Up” last month, and today we’ve got the Exclusive Video Premiere for this high-octane ball of fun. It’s just the tonic for these gloomy times. I love this video – I would have got it up online earlier but I’ve been watching it on repeat this morning. It features some sick rollerblading skills. This is one to dance to, even in self-isolation. No doubt Melbournians will recognise the St Kilda environs in this one.
The band was formed in 2019, and have been honing their live skills this month on Tuesday nights at the Tote in Collingwood.
Frontman Aaron Bach said of the song: “Slip Up is tale of temptation… because eventually we’re all going to!”
“Slip Up” was produced by Alex Markwell (Delta Riggs). The video was directed by Anthony Zielke, in collaboration with the band.
Give it a spin – this song and its video is an awesome tonic.
