Featuring yet another rare line-up of juicy bands, finger-licking artists and hot and spicy DJs, in 2011 Hot Barbeque’s firing up the grill and turning up the heat on Saturday January 22 to take full advantage of the tastiest weekend of them all: Australia Day weekend.
So strap on your apron, have your tongs at the ready, and get ready to oil the hot plate with smiles all day long for yet another fun-filled year. Good times by the seaside are here again and Hot Barbeque’s back to serve up a summertime smorgasbord of mouth-watering musical treats prepared by some of the nation’s biggest acts on the nation’s biggest party weekend of the calendar year.
