The NSW Government has launched Dine & Discover NSW to encourage the community to get out and about and support dining, arts and tourism businesses.
NSW residents aged 18 and over can apply for 4 x $25 vouchers, worth $100 in total:
– 2 x $25 Dine NSW Vouchers to be used for dining at restaurants, cafés, bars, wineries, pubs or clubs.
– 2 x $25 Discover NSW Vouchers to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues.

With film release schedules beginning to return to normal and a bevvy of great films on offer, there’s never been a better time to head back to the cinema. Dendy Cinemas Newtown
Dendy Cinemas Newtown is accepting the Discover voucher which can be used for movie ticket and candy bar purchases in cinema by presenting your QR code at the Dendy Cinemas box office. Each movie ticket purchased with a Discover voucher will receive a FREE large popcorn to munch on inside the cinema.

Event Cinemas
Event Cinemas is accepting the Discover voucher for movie ticket purchases including an exclusive online only $25 package including an Original movie ticket, a medium popcorn, soft drink, and a choc top. You can also use the $25 Discover voucher to purchase two Original movie tickets or one Gold Class ticket (not valid after 5pm Friday or Saturday). The Dine vouchers can be used in-cinema at any of their food and beverage outlets.

Hoyts Cinemas
Hoyts Cinemas is offering six options when redeeming either your Dine and Discover vouchers. For redemption in cinema only, you can purchase:
1. Complete Treat combo (includes a regular popcorn and drink, choc top and confectionary) (Dine)
2. Family combo (includes 4 x snack popcorns and drinks) (Dine)
3. Two standard movie tickets (Discover)
4. One standard Movie ticket and regular combo (includes regular popcorn and drink) (Discover)
5. One HOYTS LUX ticket (Discover)
6. HOYTS LUX main meal and entrée (Dine)
Alternatively, you can redeem your Discover voucher online to purchase two standard movie tickets or one HOYTS LUX ticket through their Dine & Discover Gift Store.

Palace Cinemas
Palace Cinemas are accepting the Dine vouchers for food and beverage (excluding alcohol) purchases and the Discover vouchers to purchase film tickets. They are also offering two $25 Discover Combos with your choice of one Epic popcorn, two Connoisseur choctops, and two Feature soft drinks OR one general film ticket, one Feature popcorn, and one Feature soft drink. Vouchers must be redeemed in cinema and cannot be used for online bookings.

United Cinemas
United Cinemas are now accepting Dine & Discover vouchers. Each voucher redeemed will receive a FREE medium popcorn. Unfortunately, their site does not feature a landing page with full redemption details, so please contact your local United Cinema for further information.

Hayden Orpheum and Reading Cinemas are both accepting the Discover voucher for movie ticket purchases. Contact these cinemas for further information.
To apply to receive your Dine & Discover NSW vouchers, you must be registered with Service NSW and download the Service NSW app through the App Store or Google Play. If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can apply for Dine & Discover NSW Vouchers in the Vouchers section of the app. Once you have completed your application, your vouchers will be ready to use within an hour.
As per the terms and conditions on the Service NSW website, the Dine & Discover Vouchers can be used 7 days a week, including public holidays and are valid to 30 June 2021. For more information, click here.
