Indie bedroom-pop artist Jelly Oshen continues his rich vein of quality singles with his latest emotive salve, “All Alone”. We are thrilled today to have the premiere of the video of the track ahead of its release on Friday.
Through this track, Jelly says we should be allowed to enjoy our own company, which given the current situation, is a blessing. In his words, he describes it as “not wanting to feel bad for liking your personal space or liking some alone time”.
Jelly has an intoxicating chilled-out R’n’B groove. He has talent and production skills aplenty, showcasing a crazy amount of talent for a twenty-year-old. “All Alone” has a mega chilled-out blissful vibe. It’s a total earworm.
Jelly sings “You know I love you but sometimes I just want to be all alone…”, I think we all know where he is coming from. The video is good fun, showing an exhausted Jelly dragging his chair up a hill to find just the right spot to enjoy the serenity in his own company. How’s the serenity indeed.
“All Alone” is Jelly’s seventh single, and he has already clocked up north of 264k streams on Spotify. To celebrate the release of “All Alone”, some gigs are slated for Queensland. The dates for these shows are below. He is also slated to appear at Festival Of The Sun, at Port Macquarie in December, along with Hermitude, Benee, Middle Kids, The Chats etc.
The clip was filmed and produced by the talented Bridie Egan.
