Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival’s food lineup revealed

The full scale of the food offering for the 2023 Adelaide Beer and BBQ Festival has just been released. If you like stats, you’ll enjoy that there are 25 different vendors, of which 13 are Beer and BBQ debutants. There are also 11 different food cultures represented.

Low and slow highlights include, Black Iron Smokers (NSW), Cheekies X Fancy Hanks collaboration (Vic/SA) and first timers Smokey Uppercuts from Whyalla. Sneaky Pickle x Signature Smoke are favorites from Qld. Japanes fried chicken from Karaage Co have to be on the ist.

Other festival debutants include Fiesta Tajine, highlighting Morrocan Food, Hot Sauce inspired creations from Blammo and US inspired sandwiches from Smokey’s deli.

There is also ABBF’s World’s On Fire BBQ Program featuring indigenous BBQ from all around the world, curated by Alana Brabin and Sarah Turner of Big Bad Wolf.

This also includes offerings from the African Kitchen Program, empowering African Women, Delicious Timor, Sicilian Smoke Out,  and Moi and Vet Vietnamese Street food.

There’s even more including Smokey’s Deli for US style sandwiches or Steven Ter Horst delicious chocolate offerings. Definitely something for everyone.
