Following on from last year’s inaugural Harvest Rock Festival in Adelaide, which saw the likes of Jack White, Angus and Julia Stone and The Black Crowes play over two days, this year’s headliners have just been announced.
Get your dancing shoes ready for Jamiroquai and Beck in exclusive Australian performances as well as the funk sounds of Nile Rodgers and Chic. Can you believe that his debut smash hit “Loser” was released in 1994?
Who can forget Chic’s iconic hit single “Le Freak.” Nile Rodgers and Chic will be headlining the Harvest Stage.
On top of these legends, there is a veritable slew of local legends, including South Australian local and ARIA Hall of Fame inductee Paul Kelly. Other ARIA award winners playing include Chet Faker, Julia Jacklin and Baker Boy.
The list goes on, with Ocean Alley, Bad//Dreems, Thelma Plum, and Vera Blue on the lineup. The Rolling Stones Revue, made up of Tim Rogers (You Am I), Adalita (Magic Dirt) and Tex Perkins, bring the Stones classics to life with powerful humour and respect.
Californian brothers Sparks will also make the trip to South Australia, after recently releasing their first new album in 47 years! The sounds of Sparks have been shaping the music landscape for over five decades.
