Yes, it has been hotly rumoured and at last confirmed that OASIS will be returning to Australia in 2025. There was pandemonium when the first UK concerts went on sale – apparently, ten million fans from 158 countries were pounding the keyboards and devices to get tickets. The Britpop trailblazers from Manchester will be playing in Melbourne at Marvel Stadium on the 31st of October and Sydney’s Accor Stadium on the 7th of November.
The battle for tickets for the UK shows was next level, and the demand is likely to be matched in Australia. Enter the ballot for the pre-sale to try and alleviate the stress. Yes, it’s a ballot, so the first step is to register and hopefully nab a pre-sale code to evade the stress of the clamour in the general ticket sale.
OASIS tour ticketing information
The pre-sale registration is now open until 8am AEDT on Wednesday 9th October – head HERE to signup. This will put you into the ballot to get a pre-sale code. You will need to have a Ticketmaster account in order to use the pre-sale code. There is a maximum of four-tickets per household in the pre-sale. If you are successful in the ballot, then you should be notified on Friday 11th October with the pre-sale code. If not, you will need to wait until the general sale as below.
General public tickets for the Melbourne show will go on sale from 10am AEDT on Tuesday 15th October. They have wisely staggered the sale for the Sydney show, which goes on sale at 12pm AEDT time on Tue 15 Oct.
There is a week between the two shows, so might there be some more? No doubt there will be demand for it, but you can’t bank on it.
