Though Waterman’s Lobster Co. in Potts Point is the brand’s official location, Bondi Beach really does seem a natural fit for them, which is why they opened up a very well received pop-up at the start of summer, bringing their Maine and Connecticut lobster rolls to Hall Street. Since kicking off the three-month residency, locals have been eagerly devouring the seafood rolls located in the former digs of Mexican staple Mr Moustache.
Though the Bondi pop-up won’t be around forever, Waterman’s have decided to expand the menu to reflect local demand, introducing both fish rolls and egg rolls for weekday lunches from 12pm to 3pm ($10 each), as well as $1 oysters all day on Sundays, with $5 beers, Pinot Grigio, and Granache.
Since kicking off with their three month summer pop-up in Bondi Beach, Waterman’s Lobster Co have been serving up the lobster rolls in abundance! Over the next few weeks, the Bondi pop-up will showcase a selection of offerings to see out the rest of summer and I thought this might be of interest for upcoming content you are working on over the next few weeks. The lobster crew have also launched a ‘Nippers menu’ for the young ones around Bondi which includes a mini fish roll or a mini meatball roll, and a juice box for $10.
