We all know Broadway in Sydney has needed to refresh it’s food lineup for a while now, and it seems 2016 is the year the central shopping centre will undertake some huge changes. Already, the famous Salts Meat Cheese has beefed up the food offerings in the area with a store opposite the centre, and now it’s been announced that some of Sydney’s best have come on board to give the level 2 food court a makeover come August.
The redeveloped Level 2 will be unveiled in its entirety this Spring, with more than 10 new food offerings to be announced in the coming months, but for now those joining the party are: dumpling haven Din Tai Fung, Mediterranean staple Zeus Street Greek, spice lover favourite Pepper Seeds Thai, and the fresh Sushi Hon.
“We are very excited to be bringing our famous dumpling to Broadway and to be a part of the Level 2 redevelopment alongside the new H&M”, said Dendy Harjanto, Australasian Director of Din Tai Fung. “Our cafe court will offer all the favourite Din Tai Fung menu items, including our famous Xiao Long Bao.”
