If your shopping trolley has been murdered and your groceries are just gone then the only logical option is to go out for something to eat, right? Melbourne’s super popular Globe Alley haunt Belleville have chalked up another go-to for anyone who has run into said murdered shopping trolley problem, drawing inspiration from classic Canadian poutine to create something even the most xenophobic diner would gladly tuck into: Pauline Hanson Poutine.
Pauline Hanson Poutine is what happens when a Halal Snack Pack meets a generous serving of Belleville’s staple beer-battered chips, a sightly mix of skewer-grilled lamb kebab roasted in the rottiserie, mint yoghurt, chilli sauce, and cheese used as a topping for the fries.
Belleville have added the PHP to their menu as of today, and have only given this as an indication for an end date:
“Starts today. Finishes on a Royal Commission.”
