Every Thursday and Friday for the remainder of this month, InterContinental Sydney Double Bay celebrates the last days of summer in the hotel’s stylish bar, Stillery, with some freshly shucked oysters at their pop up Shuckery Oyster Bar. The bar will be open from 5pm to 7pm, making it an ideal after work wind-down in one of finest buildings of Double Bay.
Oysters will be freshly shucked for all guests, where they can be paired with a flute of Perrier Jouët, and served with a classic mignonette, orange and tomato relish and lemon vinaigrette, or a signature cocktail. The Perrier Jouët package is $18 per flute, whilst the Signature Cocktail package is $12.
Oysters on the menu, sourced by Executive Chef, Alex Vilches, hail from Hastings River, Port Macquarie, Clyde River and Nambucca.
Group packages are also available. For $20 per person, enjoy 3 oysters with a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne, or for $95 enjoy 12 oysters with a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
