Mrs Sippy and Veuve Cliquot are now doing bottomless champagne brunches in Double Bay (Sydney)

One of Double Bay’s most endearing venues, Mrs Sippy, has teamed up with Veuve Cliquot for “The Brunch at Mrs Sippy” to give a little refresh to their regular schedule. Brunch has long been a preferred pastime for Sydneysiders and now Head Chef Andreanne Pelletier will be serving a new menu with a bottomless Veuve Cliquot offering.

Running from 11-4pm every Saturday, The Brunch at Mrs Sippy will offer two styles of bottomless packages; $140 for unlimited Veuve Clicquot & Veuve Clicquot Rosé or $99 for unlimited Chandon Brut NV & Chandon Brut NV Rosé. Upon arrival guests can expect to receive an array of delicious seasonal fruit and golden chia pot, activated buckwheat granola, coconut yoghurt & maple stewed fruit, the perfect combination to a glass of bubbles.

Each course from there on packs more flavor than the last with the main spread including smoked trout blini stack horseradish cream, pickled cucumber, lemon & sturgeon caviar and the brunch pizza with prosciutto, egg, heirloom tomato, ricotta, chilli. For a more lunch style course, the Charred greens & fresh basil and a poached chicken super salad avocado, egg, grilled eggplant, pickled vegetables & spiced nuts, is worth the wait. Those with a sweet tooth will have the option to add dessert featuring brioche french toast, rhubarb & strawberry compote, vanilla ice cream & candied walnuts.

Bookings are required and can be made from the website linked to below.
