Good Food Month have announced their return to Sydney with the detailing of over 180 events that incorporate talks, chef collaborations, experiences and events.
Kicking off on October 5, the crowd-favorite Night Noodle Markets will again take place in Hyde Park with forty food stalls. Guests can expect the likes of House of Crabs, Mr Bao, Chur Burger, Black Star Pastry and Gelato Messina and many more in the surrounds of DJs, live music and dancers.
Venessa Cowell, Director of Food Events, Fairfax media teases, “Good Food Month is so much more than what lands on your plate. [The food] is a product of wild adventures and travels, the memories of family meals, the mentors who led the way and what’s happening on the streets at this very moment. Our 2017 programme celebrates everything that goes into producing a dish and the memories that are created once you taste it”.
New this year will be Hyde Park Palms – a space designed by interior design firm Caroline Beresford Design vibrantly themed as a Palm Springs-inspired precinct that will host talks from the likes of Marco Pierre White and Neil Perry as well as a Cali-Mexican party curated by Mitch Orr and Dan Hong and an Africola Sound System experience with Duncan Welgemoed.
