It’s been their hidden secret since the luxury property opened last year, but now the luxurious Art-Deco Primus Hotel in Sydney CBD has decided to share their New York inspired Level Seven rooftop bar with the wider public. Focused on positioning the urban oasis as a stylish champagne and cocktail destination, the heritage hotel will be going all out with a refresh to their rooftop bar, to be revealed on Friday 1st September.
A team of mixologists have come on board to curate the champagne and cocktail menu, which will be splashing lavish drops all over the space from the likes of Veuve Clicquot (and their new expression – RICH) and signature cocktails like the Rose Spritz along with classics, sipping amidst rich greenery, fairy lights and nautical themed cabanas. Food will come from a menu handpicked by Exec Chef Daniel Meznies, falling in-line with the beloved share-style of dining that has been sweeping Sydney these past few years.
“We knew Sydney needed a relaxed yet sophisticated rooftop bar and are excited to be able to open the doors to Level Seven”, said GM Daniel Muhor. “We want this venue to be a hub for after work drinks and the place to be for lazy weekend afternoon cocktails by the pool”.
Unsurprisingly the space will also open for large group bookings and catered private events.
