From Sydney City Limits to Laneway, some of the country’s largest music events are getting savvy about what food and drink they serve. The latest to switch things up to a more refined offering is the always popular Twilight at Taronga summer concert series, which has today announced a culinary line-up that’s just as tempting as the music program.
For the first time in their long history, the concert series will be framed by multiple bars and food trucks on the concert lawns, helping fuel all that dancing amongst unparalleled views of the Sydney Harbour skyline. Those looking for variety in their alcohol selection should be very satisfied with a premium Belvedere and cocktail bar; a craft brew pop-up from 4 Pines with some favourites like Wild Yak, Pure Blonde, and Corona; and a wine-focused Bakehouse Bar with a generous selection of top drops plus the ever-trendy frose. For the coffee lovers there should be a special food truck on-site with trained baristas.
In addition to the traditional gourmet hampers, there will be plenty of food trucks pulling up, curated with festival favourites in mind. So expect sliders, burgers, burritos, nachos, and premium ice cream. Seafood lovers will get a real treat with a selection of fresh produce from Fish Stop, which will be grilled on demand and served with a choice of chips or salad.
