Fratelli Fresh are upping the decadent pizza game in Sydney come next month by introducing The Lobster to their already bustling menu of special and traditional pizzas. As you can probably tell from the image above, that’s a pizza topped with rich fior di latte, garlic and parsley and a freakin’ whole steamed lobster which has been brushed with garlic butter.
As to be expected, The Lobster is the priciest option on the Fratelli Fresh pizza menu at $59, but there are also more affordable “Speciale Pizzas” being introduced which sound equally tempting. Across all seven of Fratelli Fresh’s Sydney restaurants from 1st March, new pizzas include the Burrata & Bresaola with buffalo mozzarella, marinated leeks, porcini mushroom and truffle oil; the Popeye with a white cream base, pecorino, marinated spinach, fresh peas, chilli, burrata, lemon dust, black pepper, and shaved garlic; and the Pork & Fennel Meatball with a white cream base, parmesan, chilli, fior de latte, parma ham, fresh basil and meatballs; and a few more like Willy’s Nduja Sausage and Garlic Prawn.
Anyone who orders up five of the new specialty pizzas between the time they are introduced (1st March) and 30th April will also be up for a chance to win a trip to Naples. Which is a pretty sweet deal if you ask us.
Those who want to drive straight into The Lobster should also know that Fratelli Fresh have accompanied its introduction onto the new menu with other crustacean greatness, including a Lobster Roll with parmesan fries, Lobster Spaghetti with tomatoes, basil and chilli, and Lobster Salad with avo, orange and rocket.
