The iconic Waikiki Beach Resort – Hilton Hawaiian Village – will be holding a massive sale for just 72 hours, with hotel suites (including, possibly, the one that Elvis and Michael Jackson once stayed in) being offered up to 50 percent off. The sale kicks off at 8 am Monday 7 August (Hawaii local time), and will run until Thursday 10 August 8 am (Hawaii time).
There is no minimum stay required, however guests must be travelling to the tropical island between 27 August – 31 October 2017 to benefit from this sale.
Across the Hilton’s twenty two acre beachfront resort, there are a variety of suites to choose from. Suite selections include one-bedroom suites in the Ali’i tower with rates starting from $430, the Tapa tower from $280 and Diamond Head Tower from $240. Rates for the ocean front and the harbour view junior suites in the Rainbow Tower start from $305 and $255 respectively.
The Hilton features five swimming pools and the longest waterslide in Waikiki, twenty restaurants and bars, surf and hula lessons, a kids’ program, Waikiki’s only five-night-a-week lū‘au under the stars, and a Friday night fireworks display. And many of their rooms have some of the best views you’ll find anywhere along the beach. The below view was seriously what we woke up to every morning when we recently paid visit to the resort, staying in the Ali’i tower, in the very room that once housed Elvis and Michael Jackson (not at the same time, mind you).

All prices are in US dollars. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges and nightly resort charge (where applicable) and is not valid with any other discount, package, coupon or offer. Photos by Larry Heath.
