This is not a drill: PIPPIN IS COMING TO AUSTRALIA!

That’s right, Billy Boyd, best known for his role as Peregrin Took in The Lord of the Rings trilogy is the latest addition to the Oz Comic-Con lineup. The festival wil run from April 11-12 in Perth, and April 18-19 in Adelaide, housing a range of film, television, and comic book guests.

Boyd is an accomplished actor and musician, appearing in The Seed of Chucky and Macbeth, as well as performing with his band, Beecakes. Fans who attend Oz-Comic-Con Perth and Adelaide will have the chance to grab a photo and autograph with Pippin, as well as attend exclusive Q&A panels.

Boyd has been announced alongside an already prolific lineup, including the likes of Billie Piper (Doctor Who), Finn Jones and Daniel Portman (Game of Thrones) and Nicholas Brendon and Emma Caulfield(Buffy the Vampire Slayer), amongst others.

Oz Comic-Con will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on April 11-12 and at the Adelaide Showgrounds on April 18-19. For more information head to www.ozcomiccon.com
