Lego Dimensions is Warner Bros.’ first foray into hyper competitive toys-to-life genre of games, combining beloved properties from throughout the film, TV and gaming world and, if the game’s voice cast is anything to go by, they are not messing around.

Honestly. Is there anyone who isn’t in this game? They got Michael. J Fox and Christopher Lloyd to come back to play Marty and Doc in the Back to the Future set, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Alison Brie and Will Arnett all reprising their roles from The Lego Movie, Community‘s Joel McHale, Bryce Dallas Howard will reprise her Jurassic World role, Matthew Lillard and Frank Welker reprise their roles as Shaggy and Freddie in the Scooby-Doo set and if all of that weren’t enough they got Gary Freakin’ Oldman to play the game’s central villain.
Amazing.
Consider us pumped for Lego Dimensions. It releases September 28 on just about every system known to man.
Correction: An earlier version of this news piece incorrectly listed the release date at September 27 instead of the correct date of September 28. The piece has been updated to reflect this.
