Rick and Morty creator is making VR games

Justin Roiland, the co-creator of the wildly popular Adult Swim series Rick and Morty, is now turning his talents to the world of video game development. Roiland revealed all during an interview with PC Gamer.

Using a HTC Vive dev kit of his very own, Roiland shows PC Gamer his notebooks filled with ideas and concept art. He keeps the specifics to a bare minimum but the many sketches included in photos show science fiction-infused settings not too far removed from Rick and Morty.

Among Roiland’s partners on the project are The Stanley Parable‘s William Pugh and StressLevelZero who previously released VR title Hover Junkers.

Roiland first mentioned to fans via his Twitter account (above) that he was designed games for VR back in August.
