For Australians unable to make the trip to Vancouver for the five-day event, the opening night of this year’s TED2016 conference will be shown in select cinemas on March 2nd.
The opening night itself will kick off with TEDx star, 10-yr-old Ishita Katyal before offering up a thrilling vision of the future from the head of Alphabet/Google’s X group Astro Teller alongside talks from biotech expert Riccardo Sabatini and writer/producer Shonda Rhimes who are set to . The event will close out with an exciting return to the stage for past-TED speaker Dan Pallotta and a performance by choreographer Bill T. Jones.
