The Warcraft movie trading card collection by New York’s Topps Company will be available to purchase in Australia, including the Hobby Collection. Banter Toys and Collectibles, based in Victoria, will exclusively distribute the cards to retailers around the country.
Depicting images from the Warcraft movie, the upcoming collection will be available in a base set of 100 cards as well as an exclusive Hobby Box containing an extensive 180-card set that will now be available closer to the movie’s theatrical release.
According to Topps, the official release of the Warcraft trading cards, initially set to hit the market in May, has now been pushed back to sometime in early to mid-June, 2016.
Showcasing key moments from the big budget, epic fantasy Legendary and Universal Pictures film directed by Duncan Jones (Moon) the cards are shaping up to be a visual feast for both fans of fantasy and the World of Warcraft game alike.
