Marvel moving into teen romance with Cloak and Dagger TV series

Marvel have expanded their TV slate again, greenlighting a new superhero series called Cloak and Dagger.

Based on the comic of the same name, the romance-driven series will follow two teenagers who find themselves challenged by both the circumstances of their relationship but also the burdens of unexpected superpowers.

The series is said to be aimed towards younger adults than Marvel’s current TV

Cloak and Dagger will air on ABC’s Freeform in America, no word yet on when or if Australian audiences will get it.
