Dunkirk, in its third week in cinemas, has climbed back up to the no. 1 spot, after dropping last week to no. 2 when War For The Planet Of The Apes debuted. Dunkirk has earned $2.69m this week, and has so far made a very tidy sum of $16.46m.
In 2nd place, War For The Planet Of The Apes made $2.08m this week, with a screen average of $5,630 across its 370 screens nationwide.

New to the box office ladder this week was Atomic Blonde. Debuting at no. 3, it earned $1.75m and can be seen on 436 screens nationwide.
Also new to the box office ladder is romantic dramedy The Big Sick. Along with Charlize Theron’s action flick in no. 3, this film makes a strong debut in a relatively quiet week in the cinemas. The Big Sick earned $1.09m and sits at no. 4 at the box office.
Baby Driver took the biggest fall this week, sitting at no. 5 now compared to no. 3 last week. Earning $845k this week, it has been in cinemas for nearly a month, and has earned almost $12m since its debut.
Next week sees the debut of horror film Annabelle: Creation, and, whilst it hasn’t been getting a lot of buzz, it does star Aussie Miranda Otto.
