Returning to Australia to tour with some band called AC/DC, Melbourne rockers Kingswood have announced a run of regional dates to accompany their upcoming shows at various arenas and outdoor stadiums from the end of this month. The band also will be releasing a special deluxe version of their ARIA-nominated 2014 album Microscopic Wars, set to drop at the end of the month. The package will feature two CDs (the full studio album plus seven additional songs), available on limited edition vinyl as well as the normal formats.
The band has been setting up shop in the US over the past few months, having left to travel and continue making music abroad. Their return for the AC/DC tour has been a realisation of many childhood dreams, says Alex Laska:
“There isn’t really much one can say about touring with AC/DC, childhood dreams being realised generally results in a loss for words.”
