Hot Chip announce headline shows alongside Sugar Mountain festival appearance!

Supported by Touch Sensitive and Empress Of, British dance lords Hot Chip will be performing some headline shows in Australia next year! Accompanying their Sugar Mountain Festival set in Melbourne next January, the crew will be hitting up Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, as well as fitting in an extra date in Melbourne with a show of their own at 170 Russell.

Hot Chip’s recent release Why Make Sense? has seen them hit up festivals throughout Europe this year and now, they’ve added another notch to their popular releases belt, with the release of their four track Dancing In The Dark EP. Featuring a reinterpretation of Springsteen’s original (one that’s already gone down incredibly well), as well as three other remixes of their album tracks, the EP is another dabble in the exploration of the Hot Chip sound we’re stoked to have seen brought together on a fun little record.

You won’t want to be missing out on these tickets, so be sure to get involved in the pre-sale session if you’re a Frontier Member, running from November 11th (head to Frontier Touring). General public tickets are on sale from 10am local time, November 13th.
