Sydney’s first local music festival of 2016 will be taking place this Sunday 10th January at Carriageworks. As part of Sydney Festival, the FBi SMACs will using the renowned art precinct for a massive display of local talent across various styles of music and art, bringing in the likes of Future Classic‘s Wave Racer, hip hop stalwart Tuka, singer-songwriter Dustin Tebbutt, and Auspol party starter DJ Albo for a celebration of Australian music.
Now, FBi have announced that the final addition to the music program will be DJ, vocalist, songwriter, and producer Anna Lunoe, a name that should be well known to long-time FBi supporters and Australian music lovers. Over the years, Lunoe has grown immensely both at home and overseas, playing at the likes of Coachella and TomorrowWorld, so this would be a good chance to check out how refined her sound has become.
In addition to the stacked music line-up on the main stage, those heading along will be able to go deep into the FBi Click Rave Cave presented by MoVement, boasting the likes of Black Vanilla and Wordlife amongst others, with an AV set up by festival favourite Ego.
Sticking with the delicious trend of higher quality festival food, FBi have managed to rope in excellent food truck Monster Rolls, which will be delivering locally sourced, free range slow-cooked meat rolls and salads, alongside Brickfields, fresh-focused Fella, and Italian BBQ Molto Benet from the discerning Donny Benet.
Tickets to the festival are $49+bf ($39+bf for FBi Supporters) and are available HERE.
