Music Video of the Day: Bad Vision “Fairweather” (2016)

There’s only a few weeks to go until Bad Vision drop their sophomore record, Turn Out Your Sockets, quite the anticipated release from the Melbourne band! In their latest single “Fairweather”,  we’re given an upbeat and colourful tune (as is the music video, featured today), but the lyricism nods to less happy themes.

As songwriter Jerome Rush has described, “Fairweather” is about ‘the notion that some people, friends and/or partners, hang around for the good times, however when the challenging times come, they seem to disappear quick.’

Check out the music video for “Fairweather” – a little love story about ‘a sun called Sunny’, who falls for ‘a patch of ground by the name of Steve’. It’s how all great stories start!

Bad Vision launch their new record at The Old Bar on June 3rd. Tickets are only available on the door, supported by Camp Cope and Cable Ties and The Tropes!
