Robbie Miller continues to impress, emerging out of the studio with an excellent new single in “Road”. Since the release of his 2015 EP The Faster The Blood Slows, Miller’s songwriting skill has shone strongly and he’s continued to become a brilliant gem of talent coming out of the east coast.
“Road” incorporates some cool synth work in around Miller’s trademark arresting folk vocal, making this tune veering into some different territory than fans will have heard from the Brisbane-based artist in the past. Working with bandmate Nathan Morrison on “Road”, Miller steps forward and brings some more electronic elements into his aesthetic – a great tease of what’s to come from him in the near future, no doubt.
