Anthony Fantano, Andrew Jervis, Ricki Askin, Zan Rowe and more have been confirmed as speakers for Face The Music this year, as new program co-ordinators Zac Abroms and Ashley Sambrooks dish out some impressive names in their first year at the helm of the Melbourne contemporary music summit. Over the course of November 17th and 18th this year, the summit will be standing out as a surefire highlight of Melbourne Music Week this year.
With tickets available HERE, Face The Music is lining up to appeal to a wide range of music fans, not to mention those eager to learn more from some our brilliant industry minds as well as some impressive visitors from abroad. Anthony Fantano of course, the brains behind The Needle Drop, brings a massive reputation with him as one of the world’s most influential music critics. Andrew Jervis, host of the podcast Bandcamp Weekly, brings over a decade’s worth of experience in A&R to Face The Music this year. Then you’ve got the likes of Rick Astin, Head of Music Licensing and Archival at VICE Media and of course, triple j legend Zan Rowe.
