Held across multiple locations around the city, the Brisbane Street Art Festival will return in February 2017, with artist applications now open.
Over fifty artists will take part in the event, which will include live music, light shows, exhibitions, masterclasses, and public forums, with live mural art at the centre of the festival.
Areas from the CBD to New Farm, and Kelvin Grove to Highgate Hill, will play host to festival events, celebrating the city’s vibrant art scene.
Support has already been secured from several big names, including Brisbane Powerhouse, Queensland University of Technology, Queensland Museum, and Brisbane City Council.
Artist applications are now open, and will be accepted until October 31st.
Brisbane Street Art Festival will take place from February 11th until February 26th 2017.
The full programme will be announced in January. More information can be found at the festival website.
