E3 2018: The new Death Stranding trailer is as weird as ever

Another E3 means another trailer for Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding. It also means we’re no closer to figuring out what the hell this game is about. But that’s part of the fun, right? See if you can figure it out. Death Stranding‘s latest gameplay trailer awaits after the jump.

The trailer shows us more gameplay than ever before, with some interesting locales and intriguing characters. We now know that Norman Reedus’ character plays some sort of delivery man, as he delivers a baby in a tube across treacherous lands filled with connected shadows. Sure it makes no sense, but that’s what we got, and you know what? I love it. But you can check it out for yourself in the trailer below:

Death Stranding is exclusive to PlayStation 4. No release date has been confirmed at the time of writing.
