Here are your free Xbox Games with Gold titles for April

Another month, another collection of free games for Xbox Live subscribers. This month’s offerings, from puzzlers to survival horror, are once again doing their best to offer a little something for everyone. Hit the jump for the list.

For Xbox One owners, this month you’ll be getting Jonathan Blow’s inventive puzzle solverThe Witness, available all month from April 1-30, and the excellent Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, available from April 16-May 15.

Xbox 360 owners haven’t been left out in the cold with Cars 2: The Video Game arriving from April 1-15 for the younger players, and Visceral’s Dead Space 2 dropping from April 16-30 (RIP Visceral).

Don’t forget that if you are an Xbox One owner, you can grab all four titles as Xbox 360 games that are a part of the Games With Gold program are backwards compatible. All you need to grab these titles is an active Xbox Live subscription. After that, they’ll be permanently bound to your account.
