This year’s Beer & BBQ Festival in the Adelaide Showgrounds is shaping up to be bigger, badder, fatter and louder than ever. Running all weekend from Friday 14th July, it’s destined to be the biggest one to date.
Hot off the back of the 2022 event, which saw 21,000 bbq, beer and music fans enjoying the three-day event, expectations are already high. There’s a jam-packed musical offering over five stages with the likes of Dune Rats, Magic Dirt, The Living End and more. Henry Wagons returns as MC in his own inimitable style.
This year will be a new beer collaboration with 2085 Brewery from Ukraine. Brews will be developed between 2085 Brewery and Little Bang and Mismatch from SA, Co-Conspirators from Vic, Batch from NSW and Range of Qld. These brews will be available exclusively at the event. Not to mention the tough competition in the beer-judging awards. The massive full brewer line-up will be release at the end of April.
BBQ offerings from around the world will be titled “World’s on Fire”, curated by 2022 stalwarts Big Bad Wolf. As well as BBQ there will be Moi An’s Vietnamese Street Food, The African Kitchen Project, and Sicily Up in Smoke from Victoria.
So with live music, live art shows, fire installations, secret drinking dens, wrestling, BMX and skateboarding, axe throwing Beer Bod competition, and much more, this really is a must for the Beer and BBQ lovers out there.
