Western Australian festival Castaway has found a second home on the east coast. The festival will debut on Bribie Island, Brisbane on the 20th of February, 2016.Castaway Brisbane comes off the back of the W.A Castaway in 2015. Last year’s line up featured Peking Duk, SAFIA, George Maple, Carmada, Sticky Fingers and more. The festival is unique for its beach side locations; the W.A edition has some artists performing on a beach stage.
The Brisbane edition of the festival will be held on the shores of Bribie Island, 65km from Brisbane’s city centre, with Sandstone Point Hotel as the venue.
