Coldplay to play a one-off showcase at Sydney's Enmore Theatre.

As the band release their anticipated new album Ghost Stories, UK group Coldplay are set to return to Australia for a one-off promotional performance at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on June 19th. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Tuesday, May 20th with a pre-sale at 2pm on Monday May 19th.

Much like past promotional trips from the band, we can only imagine a full tour will be announced shortly after (or during) their visit, but this rare intimate show will still be one of the hottest tickets of the year.

Naturally as such, anti-scalping measures will be in place for this exclusive live show, including personalised digital tickets – patrons’ names will be printed on their ticket and cross checked against credit card details and photo identification prior to entry into the venue – and the ezyTickets will not be emailed to patrons until the day of the show, June 19. The promoters have also delivered the following information about ticket sales.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• This event is a Licensed, All Ages Event.
• There is a strict two (2) ticket limit per patron per purchase.
• Ticket purchases are limited to internet sale only – tickets will NOT be available for purchase at a Ticketek outlet or via phone.
• No tickets will be issued until the show day.
• All tickets to this event will be electronic “ezyTickets” and will be emailed to each purchaser on the show day before 1pm (Thursday 19 June).
• At the time of purchase you must nominate the name of your guest – both your name (the credit card holder) and your guest’s name will each be printed on your event ticket (one name per ticket).
• Each patron must PRINT their own tickets and present them at the venue on the night of show.
• Photo ID must be presented on the night and match the name printed on the tickets to gain entry to the venue.
• Once a credit card has been used to purchase two (2) tickets, the same credit card cannot be used again. If any multiple bookings are detected, the additional transactions will be cancelled.
• Patrons will be issued with a receipt as confirmation of purchase.
• Tickets will be scanned upon entry.
• Tickets are strictly non-transferrable.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel the ticket purchase transaction if any customer attempts to resell their ticket(s) at an increased price; or to resell their ticket through a broker or agent; or advertises or offers this ticket for resale in any media, including on the internet; or uses this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purpose (including competitions or trade promotions) or as part of a packaged offer to enhance the demand for other goods or services.
