mmm… Jaffles. This is where the party began last week when The Eastern opened its doors to showcase the three redesigned levels inhabiting Bondi Junction’s hottest destination. First up was “The Publican” with craft beer served in wine glasses, accompanied by a variation of gourmet jaffles – such as the pork belly and spiced apple as above. Next was “Anatoli” where we sampled an incredible variety of Greek wine and food. Then it was time for some cocktails and empanadas at the South American themed “Chimmi’s”. Adding themselves to the already launched Mexican spot “El Topo”, The Eastern are setting themselves up as a go to spot for global cuisine.
