Continuing to spur on the positive momentum generated around her Lonestar EP, Gladstone based country artist Hayley Marsten releases her new music video for “Money Can’t Buy Class” this week.
In the same way Taylor Swift has made bank off crafting early country-pop songs about broken relationships and nasty ends to them, Marsten takes an individual who had some unkind words for her to task on this rather literal single.
The music video, conceptualised and brought together by Marsten and the crew at The Filmery, sees Marsten having fun with the track, adding a bit of tongue in cheek sass to the delivery along the way.
A Toyota Star Maker finalist and seasoned performer, Marsten has recently wrapped up touring with Andrew Swift, but will soon be back out on the road in August. In the meantime, catch her launching the single through Queensland this month and in June and July below:
