We’ve been fans of Bad Pony for a while now and it’s been great to see the Sydney group continue to go from strength to strength both in Australia and now, abroad. Ahead of the band’s trip back to the US for SXSW, the Bad Pony crew are dropping a brand new single in “Knife”.
Working with Adrian Breakspear (Gang of Youths, Pharrell) on mixing duties while keeping it close to home, recording out of their Sydney studio, “Knife” is demonstrative of that gnarly grit in the rock and roll Bad Pony have already shown they’re quite adept at doling out in spades, while a certain cheeky endearment comes through the vocals and harmonies that make this tune so much fun to listen to.
