Sally and Erica, aka Sydney-via-Canberra hip hop duo Coda Conduct, just keep on getting better. Since the release of their debut EP Butter Side Up last year, the duo’s dextrous rhyming ability and flow, coupled with sharp lyricism and the ability to mix humour in with fiery and captivating lyrics near on damn flawlessly, has continued to evolve and bring them to the attention of many.
Their new single, “Usually I’m Cool”, sees Coda Conduct enlist the equally as talented Jimblah on the excellently produced track. Between Coda Conduct and Jimblah, the female-male rap dynamic works well, delivery is tight and hooks you in. No doubt about it, Coda Conduct are on to something great here.
