Since finding out about Waza and the beats he’s been making through 2015, keeping a close eye on the Sydney musician and his new work has been getting us excited about what’s still to come from his forthcoming album.
Where last year’s The Art and Technique Sessions established Waza as an attention-grabbing and ambitious talent, his new single “Rocks and Bones” has further cemented the fact. Teaming up with talented vocalist Aquila Young, Waza fuses some great lush melodies and synths with an impressive beat that hooks the listener in, leaving Young’s vocals to hypnotise.
As a taste of his new album Crooked Jaw, “Rocks and Bones” is a perfect start.
