February will see the debut of the Thrash, Blast and Grind Fest – a delicate summertime romp of a festival touring Australia and New Zealand. If by ‘delicate’, you mean some brutal live sets from some of our best and visiting thrash giants.
Announced this week on the line up are King Parrot, US death/thrash giants Revocation, Tasmania’s Psycroptic, Sydney’s Black Rheno and Melbourne’s Whoretopsy.
“Thrash, Blast and Grind Fest has given us this opportunity,” Youngy from King Parrot has said, having wanted to get a tour like this together for some time. “With this full lineup announced we’re proud to stand behind a new fest that is diverse, good value for money and in the best venues in Australia and NZ. A true touring fest by the bands of the fans.”
