SXSW Music has continued to deliver the goods for 2017 with their latest artist announcement. Continuing to focus on the unearthing of some of the music world’s soon-to-be breakout names, this latest artist reveal shows that SXSW has once again stepped up in its curation of a line up that encourages artists from many different areas of the globe to get involved.
Along with the likes of The Drums, SOHN, Girlpool and Charlotte Day Wilson, we see Middle Kids, Kučka, PINES, C.W. Stoneking and Thigh Master represent for the Australians, while there’s some names that have cropped up who have been constants on our personal playlists over the past few months (Autre Ne Veut, Oh Honey, Pronoun, Future Generations).
More artists are still to be announced for SXSW 2017, but if you’re looking to access applications to perform, or more information about how you can get yourself to Austin, Texas for the festival next March, visit their website HERE. The final deadline to apply is October 21st.
SXSW Music runs from March 10th through 19th.
