It had been a long time coming, but Little May returned to Sydney for a headline gig on Friday night, with the venue being the Oxford Art Factory. On the cusp of their album being released, Blame My Body, a number of the new songs were showcased to an enthusiastic audience. 8 of the songs off the album received an airing, and with a more energetic and amped up sound then previous. Despite much of the material being new to the ears, you’d never know based on the reaction of the audience.
They were well supported by a rockin’ RO and Elizabeth Fader. Their tour continues with them playing at the Northcote Social Club tonight (16.02.19) and Black Bear Lodge on February 22nd. New album, Blame My Body will be released on May 3rd via Dew Process.
