Freemantle’s San Cisco are on the tail end of a two-week blast around Europe, touring their fabulous new album, Under The Light. They’ve hit Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich, followed up by a handful of shows in England.
I caught them last night in Manchester, and they were on top form. It was a packed room, and good to see that it wasn’t just a collection of Aussie accents (not that there is anything wrong with that). There were plenty of Mancunians in the crowd, lapping up the rocking tunes, and good vibes.
They were supported by Hamburg’s Brockhoff, who was a great discovery, and the perfect start to the night.
San Cisco head back to Australia in a couple of days, and continue their Australian Under The Light regional tour at Perisher Valley on the 24th of July, and there are a bunch of shows following, including Albury, Canberra, Coffs Harbour, San Remo, Launceston and many more towns. Head to their website for more details, and get there if you can. Support live music,
