Teenage Dads took to the stage at The Tivoli in Brisbane last Friday night to kick off the national tour’s first stop in support of their new album MAJORDOMO. The venue was packed with enthusiastic fans eager to see the band live after their sold-out shows in Brisbane last year.
Known for their unique blend of rock and indie pop, Teenage Dads bring a youthful and dynamic energy to all their live performances. Playing the new album in full, the band showcased their growth as musicians and songwriters. The setlist also featured crowd favourites like ‘Speedracer’, ‘Midnight Driving’, and ‘Teddy’ – which never fail to have everyone dancing and singing along to every word. The band’s charismatic frontman, Jordan Finlay (Jordy), engaged the crowd with his infectious energy, dance moves, and fitting dad jokes between songs.
To begin the evening, aleksiah and Phoebe Go graced the stage, setting the energetic tone for the night. The artists showcased their unique styles, blending pop and indie influences that captivated the audience their whole set. Thanks to the infectious energy and talent displayed by these two rising stars, fans were already buzzing with excitement by the time Teenage Dads took the stage.
