SA musicians revealed to perform at VALO Adelaide 500

The South Australian bands selected to perform at the VALO Adelaide 500 have been announced. These bands have been selected by a panel of music industry judges as part of Music SA’s Bands on Track initiative.

The judges are Sam Lavers, known for his management of the Royal Croquet Club and other festivals, Courtney Duka, a festival and event professional working for Secret Sounds and Sianne van Abkoude, Director of Girls Rock! Adelaide.

The bands chosen are:

MARLON X RULLA / Madura Green
(Supporting Lime Cordiale, The Presets, Baker Boy and Teenage Joans on Friday night)

The Empty Threats Workhorse
(Supporting Jimmy Barnes, ICEHOUSE and Noiseworks Saturday night)

Oscar The Wild

As the action on the VALO Adelaide 500 track draws to a close each day, the party off the track revs up with some of Australia’s and the world’s biggest acts taking to the stage in the scenic surrounds of the Adelaide parklands.
