the AU review is proud to bring you Rose Windows‘ single “Strip Mall Babylon” as one of our featured tracks today, a new offering from the group’s forthcoming, self-titled, due out May 4th on Sub Pop. If “Strip Mall Babylon” is a taste of what’s to come on the release, then we’re excited to hear it – it’s a killer track (we’d expect no less). But it comes with sadness, as the band decided last month to call it a day, cancelling all tour dates (and any potential Australian visits), making this album their final album.
