Formed in 2013 by ex-Cameras Fraser Harvey and Mike Morgan, along with Ben Morgan and Bill Johnston, Service Bells have fast become one of our favourite bands in Sydney. They even played our 6th Birthday Party! What legends. And we can tell you from that show that they deliver unquestionably powerful, provocative and entertaining live shows that balance their love of rock n’ roll with a tight sound. Putting it bluntly: these guys know what they’re doing.
Today the band are teasing us with a new track taken from the forthcoming self-titled EP, featuring guest vocals from Gideon Bensen (The Preatures). “Undertaker” is well crafted rock and roll at its best. Listen to the track here:
Service Bells EP will be available digitally and on vinyl early 2015. Produced, recorded and mixed by the band, it was Mastered by Leon Zervos (Crowded House, Interpol).
